- To do Anulom-Vilom, first of all, you should sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place.

2. Bhramari Pranayama for Lungs

- Place the index finger over the eyebrows.

- You can practice this continuously for 5-8 minutes.
3. Kapalbhati

- First of all, sit in meditation posture and close your eyes, leaving the body loose.
